David a lawyer with strong experience in assisting trans-border transactions and servicing large foreign entities, many of which are stock listed in their native country. In addition, David services multiple airline carriers with their legal affairs in the Netherlands.

David started his career in 2013 as an attorney-at-law at a mid-sized firm specialized in cross-border transactions as an employment law specialist after which he joined other firms to further specialise in corporate law and M&A.

Being a specialist in both corporate law and employment law gives David a unique position to assist companies both from a directorship/shareholders’ level as well as from a n HR perspective.
